Jacobsen Classic
Tredsafe were approached recently to sponsor a hole at the annual Jacobsen Classic golf tournament. After a long time of planning measurements and ideas of how the ‘Tredsafe hole’ could look, it was decided to utilize our new customized insert option and have Tredsafe’s own branding printed on Diamond Tred insert. Using Royal Blue 111 and Safety White 101, the water jet cutters turned the idea into a success. The insert logos were glued onto plywood and a detail trim (DT052) was screwed around the board for a neat and tidy finish. On a blue bird day at the Akarana Golf Club in Mt. Roskill, the two boards were positioned for those playing to stand on and tee off, one for the women and one for mens. The anti-slip insert did a great job of providing secure footing for the golfers. Tredsafe had prime position on the 1st tee on the feature ‘Longest Drive’ hole – exposing our brand to approx. 90 architects from around the country.
