Situated on Auckland’s Great South Road, Central Park boasts more than 30,000m2 of office space, accommodating 45 tenants across multiple buildings.
The Mars building was gutted, stripped back to a raw structure and entirely reinstated and upgraded with new mechanical, electrical and data infrastucture. A section of the first floor was removed to add a stair case throughout the building’s center. CONNEXX Matting absorbs all dirt and debris and keeps the entrance area clean and tidy “A successful commercial space is one that both looks good and functions well” says RDT Pacific who led the building upgrade project for Mars at the Central Park Business Centre in Greenlane. Building 14 went under a complete renovation and entirely reinstated to accommodate for the Mars and Wrigley team. Connexx Matting in Maximus Black Mottled was used in the main entrance. Unlike traditional entrance matting, Connexx was easily cut into and around the angled pillars on site, avoiding any costly risks that custom made matting can impose.
