Where can I get pricing and how can I place an order?

As we do not sell directly to the public, please get in touch with your nearest distributor.

Do I need to use the screws and plugs provided?

Screws and plugs are required in concrete substrates, screws are fine on their own in timber substrates (softer substrates). Tredsafe recommends screws (and plugs where appropriate) are used in conjunction with Tredlock adhesive to fix down the profiles securely.

Do Tredsafe cut orders to length?

Yes, stairnosings can be cut to length. Please enquire with your nearest distributor for more information.

Is there a warranty for Tredsafe products?

Yes, warranties are available. Please contact us on 09 813 5236 for more information.

How do I order samples?

Samples of most of our products are available for request on our website. Alternatively, email us at info@tredsafe.co.nz stating the sample you are after, the colour and length.

How do I clean the insert?

Please refer to the insert maintenance and cleaning guide

Do you have samples of all products available?

Yes we have sample folders available. Please get in touch with your nearest distributor for ordering information.

Are Tredsafe's products compliant?

Can I get more information on how to install Tredsafe products?

Can I custom color profiles, trims and inserts?

Yes, we can powder coat and anodize all our aluminum products. Tredsafe insert can also be customized with colours and branding however minimum order quantities apply. Please call us on 09-813-5236 or email info@tredsafe.co.nzfor pricing and lead times.

Do you offer an installation service?

As we are a manufacturer, we do not offer installation services. Please contact your nearest distributor for installer recommendations.
